Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival:
- Custom or special-order industrial machinery
- Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Bulk/wholesale orders (subject to separate terms agreed at time of purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Process

- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund, typically 3-10 business days after we issue it.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we cover return shipping costs and our customer support will handle it.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply for large appliances and machinery.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, standard return policy applies.
